Exercises to Lose Weight

Over weight causes many problems like heart diseases, diabetes, blood pressure problems, high cholesterol etc. Over weight is the outcome of fat. Fat needs oxygen to burn. Exercise increases the need of the oxygen of the body.

Regular exercise is essential to reduce weight but there appears unwillingness to exercise regularly. To keep weight under control one should exercise continue according to ones pleasure. It is not always needed to exercise heavily. One should exercise in a way which seems risk less to the exerciser. Only taking weight, jogging, stretching are not only the exercise, being active is also a kind of exercise. For example while resting, sit in front of TV set instead of lying there, and don’t give order which reduce your labor. Every good work faces a barrier. One may find some barriers also in exercise. If anybody has no time to exercise one should do exercises to lose weight daily as one can. In the term of employee it seems that they become very tired after reaching home, for them, they should be active in home instead of lying bed without sleeping. If anybody has no clothes especially for exercise he/she may think “After buying these clothes, I will start exercise”. It should be noted that, any clothes which fit one can be used for exercise. Some body feels shy to exercise in front of anybody; he/she can walk, gardening as a form of exercise. Some people are afraid of the risk of exercise they also can take chores as a form of exercise. Somebody who are afraid of pain for walking can swim, try chair exercises. If condition of outside is not proper to go outside for exercise, one can use his/her room for stretching, running by staying at a point. Who has no equipments can exercise which need fancy equipment like stretching, using can of soft drinks for weight lifting. If the exercise becomes boring one can do different activities in different days.

Who are intend to regular exercises to lose weight they should set a goal to reach and to continue. There are some steps to set a goal as calculate your pound to loss, take an appropriate time to reach the goal, plan your daily programs, and fix your day of being away from it. Dramatically change is not possible in your lifestyle so take small steps which will provide you more benefits. Willingness is very much required to continue. If anybody is disinterested to change weight he/she can’t do exercise regularly. So, one must believe that he/she need change to control weight and to be fit. In the first step if you take heavy program, you will lose your interest by degrees. So, take these works which are easy to pick up and tackle. If there are continuous efforts it will have a great impact over your weight. For example, who use to drive to go at nearer market, he/she can easily make a habit of going market through walking. Walking is one of the best and light kinds of exercise for them who can’t do heavy exercise and who have less or no time. Most of the people use vehicle to reach their work place. If it is possible to reach their workplace without vehicle they should go for it. Otherwise, they can use cycle. For those, who have no time to separate for exercise; can utilize their tea breaks for walking. One can find out some body or group to walk which will reduce boredom in walking and make it as one type of refreshment. Walking after meal is helpful to digest. Running is the best type of exercise for all the time. Ten minutes jogging do the work of 30 minutes walking or other exercises. It causes suit more than other exercise which is required to reduce fat. The people, who can’t run, can swim regularly as a form of exercise. Daily 30 minutes swim will take a fewer month to reduce over weight completely. Buying some instruments can make it easier to exercise like running machines, cycle, various types of weights, push-up-equipments. People use to go bar can dance which will produce no boredom. Other thrilling work like ice skating, roller skating walking to top of mountain etc are also exercises. Games like football, table tennis, long tennis, and cricket are the kinds of exercise which have no boredom in doing but they give pleasure and a balanced weight and fit body.
